About Us

CIPEVCA was established in 2011. As of December 2019 it has 15 members.

The objectives of CIPEVCA are:-

• To establish in the Channel Islands an association of Channel Islands private equity and venture capital firms involved in or associated with the Channel Island's private equity and venture capital industry, with a physical presence in the Channel Islands (the "PEVC Organisations")

• To encourage co-operation between members of the Association and to stimulate the interest and participation of PEVC Organisations in matters concerning the Channel Islands’ private equity and venture capital industry

• to provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas on matters of mutual interest to members of the Association and to provide a medium for expression of professional opinion on matters of public interest

• to establish a recognised medium to represent the Members, the Association and our Industry in communications with:

1. other professional bodies with related interests;
2. the media;
3. public authorities and regulatory bodies
4. any other authority or body as may be expedient from time to time.

• to promote the Channel Island’s private equity and venture capital industry at an international level
